• By “private information” we mean your email address, phone number, dog’s name, address, passwords or any other gory details about your business or website.
• By “ever” we mean “until hell freezes over”.

We do not tolerate spam of any kind

If you are hosted on our private client server and we find out that you have…

• Bought an email list and are sending email to it from an email account we host;
• Been using a 3rd party service that we manage for you (Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact. etc) to send junk mail to a purchased list or other list that the recipients didn’t specifically opt into;
• Are using our server to participate in any illegal activity of any kind.

We will…

• Immediately shut down your site;
• Report you to the relevant authorities;
• Consider recommending you for a good flogging.
