Grenade in a Tight Space
The phrase “Grenade in a Tight Space” is a reference to our favorite author, Allan Weisbecker’s, book Cosmic Banditos, in which a character says “it’s amazing how a large explosion in a small space can really separate the men from the boys.” So this section is where we’ll keep the funny stuff, give you all an insight into our slightly left-of-center sense of humor.
Client relationships here at ID are usually very good, but let’s be honest: sometimes any relationship can get strained. Since we’re so invested in our work, we want to work with people we like. We figure if you can laugh at what’s here, then it’s likely we’ll get along well with you and will work very well together.

It’s long, but I think any contractor who has been around for awhile might appreciate it. And clients: please don’t be this guy. In fact, if you can read this email exchange and laugh about it, then it’s very probable we’ll get along very well.
